Volleyball Team Adds Two New Red Foxes

Hanna and White First to be Added

We are extremely excited to announce our first two 2021 signees, as both add physical talent, excellent skill, and the competitive edge we value in all aspects of our program. We are looking forward to their arrival on the banks of the Hudson!

Jillian Hanna / 5'9" / Libero

Jillian's Resume:

Hanna had an impressive high school career. She was a varsity volleyball captain for three years, and was named First Team All-Conference in each of those seasons (2017-2019). Hanna was also named Second Team All-District once, and All-County twice. She was an Akron Touchdown Club All-Star, Ohio Valley Region High Performer (twice), and made the USA High Performance Training Team. Hanna is the Roosevelt High School record holder for digs, totaling 1,290 in her career. She was a four-time Scholar Athlete, made National Honor Society, was a Freshman Mentor, and was Student Council President in 2020-21.

I’m so excited to step on the court as a Red Fox! I love the atmosphere that Marist provides along with a great group of girls and coaching staff. I’m looking forward to stepping on campus and continuing both my academic and athletic career.

Alyssa's Resume:

In High School, White was First Team All-Conference in both 2018 & 2019. She was also Academic All-Conference and Academic All-State for three years, 2017-2019. She also won Most Offensive Player in 2018. White is a member of the 10' Jump Touch Club.
