Final Stats
Lawrenceville, NJ - The Marist College men's swimming and diving team continued their 46-0 MAAC win streak as they defeated the Rider Broncs 139-104 today. The women's side was not as victorious as they fell 131-112 however had a very good showing despite the score.
Junior Matt Castillo (Jamaica, NY/Archbishop Molloy) was a triple winner for the Red Foxes as he set a new pool record in the 200 yard breastroke clocking 2:08.08. Castillo would also take first place in the 200 and 100 yard freestyle.
Rookie Nick Chevalier (Milford, NH/Milford) touched first in both the 1000 and 500 yard freestyle clocking 9:46.23 and 4:45.75 respectively.
The Red Foxes would win both diving events as freshman Greg Wiessman (Setauket, NY/Ward Melville) placed first in the 3-meter diving event while senior Anthony Manza (Brooklyn, NY/Xaverian) placed first in the 1-meter diving event.
