Final Stats
POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y.-The Marist men's swimming and diving team used a win from Greg Jablonski (Massapequa, N.Y.) in the 200 yard breaststroke, and a win in the final event of the night from their 400 yard freestyle relay team to win their first dual-meet of the year over Fordham, 127-116.
Jablonski won the 200 yard breaststroke with a time of 2:11.27. The senior also won the 200 yard IM with a time of 1:57.43.
Junior distance man Spencer Hartman (Windsor, Conn.) placed first in both the 500 and 1000 yard freestyle events. He had times of 4:47.67 and 9:55.21. Freshman Angelo Ciraolo (Grand Island, N.Y.) got his first career dual-meet win in the 50 yard freestyle (22.54), and Joshua Skanka (Watertown, N.Y.) came in second in both the 50 and 100 yard freestyles (22.69, 49.05).
Devon O'Nalty (East Hartford, Conn.) and Mitchell Katz (Wappingers Falls, N.Y.) each came in second place in a diving event. O'Nalty took second in the 1M (251.85), and Katz took the spot in the 3M (278.03).
Marist (1-0) won the final two events of the meet after trailing 104-102 after eleven events.
The Red Foxes return to action with their first MAAC dual-meet of the year versus Rider on November 3rd.
