BOSTON, Massachusetts -- Freshman Emily Burns nearly qualified for the ECAC Championship in the 1,000 meter dash, just missing the mark by one second with an overall time of 2:57.40 at the Valentine Invitational on Friday. 

Junior Elizabeth Wasserman set a personal best in the mile run with an overall time of 5:14.17, sophomore Mariah Christian finished with a personal best time of 10:31.05 in the 3,000 meter run, senior Annie Gould set a personal best in the 3,000 meter run with an overall time of 10:44.22 and freshman Shea Bohan finished with a personal best time of 2:21.59 in the 800 meter dash. 

Up next for the Red Foxes is the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference Championships at The Armory Track and Field Complex in New York on Sunday.
