NEW HAVEN, Connecticut – Marist men's tennis closed out the Yale Invitational with a 4-1 loss to NJIT. The Red Foxes now sit at 3-5 on the season.

Carlos Moreno helped pick up Marist's only point in the match. The duo defeated Abdullah Fouad and Juan Bejarano 6-2 from the third doubles spot. This capped off an impressive weekend for the doubles pair, winning two of three doubles matches on the weekend and falling just short of taking down Yale. Sequerth also picked up a win from the sixth singles spot, downing Juan Bejarono 6-2, 6-1.

Marist travels south for spring break. The Red Foxes will play Radford on March 15, College of Charleston on March 16 and the Citadel on March 17.
