POUGHKEEPSIE, New York – For the third week in a row, freshman Madeline Schultz takes home the MAAC Rookie of the Week award. This is the fourth time in her career she's been awarded this honor.

This honor comes in light of her incredible performance at the Harvard Invite. In her first game against Cal State East Bay, she led the scoring for the Red Foxes, scoring 4 goals as the team won 12-10. In her second game, against Cal Lutheran, she led the scoring for the Red Foxes again, scoring 4 out of her 6 attempted shots, helping Marist secure a 15-13 win, which continued Marist's win streak. She led the Red Foxes in scoring this weekend, with her 8 goals now bringing her total to 56 goals in 18 games this season.

Schultz and the Red Foxes are hoping to keep this incredible form going as they travel off to Tempe, Arizona, where they will be taking part in the ASU Invite. It all starts at 12:15 P.M. on Saturday, March 12th, when the Red Foxes will take on the Azusa Pacific Cougars. Later that day, they will be playing the Arizona State Sun Devils at 4:15 P.M., and on Sunday, they kick off their day against Harvard at noon, and at 3 P.M., they will finish their campaign against the Ottawa Spirit.
