POUGHKEEPSIE, New York - The Marist women's lacrosse team fell to the Fairfield Stags by a final score of 20-12 on Saturday afternoon.

• Fairfield's momentum continued with another goal at 9:49 to become 12-8. 
• Kelly Trotta scored the first Marist goal in the second half at 8:48 to make it 12-9. 
• Less than a minute later, the Stags extended their lead to 13-9 at 8:03 on the clock. 
• Fairfield's offense struck again with a goal at 5:10 (15-9), then at 4:50 to make it 16-9.
