POUGHKEEPSIE, New York - The Association of Collegiate Water Polo Coaches (ACWPC) have announced the Spring 2022 All-Academic Awards, which featured 14 members of the Marist water polo team. 

Eight Red Foxes received the highest recognition of outstanding honors (4.0-3.71 GPA), including Rachel Dean, Kaylee Brard, Gabi Gervasi, Kathryn McCullough, Shannon Connolly, Shinae Carrington, India Alter, and Katherine Gill. Ella Baugarten, Sawyer Alter, and Myriam Lizotte were given superior honors (3.70-3.41) for their success in the classroom this year. Marina Hyham, Lauren Kwan, and Emilie Gerhard rounded out the Red Foxes' honorees with excellent honors (3.40-3.20). 

As a team, the Red Foxes ranked 20th with a combined GPA of 3.51. In the pool, the Red Foxes ended the season with an overall record of 25-14 and a third-place finish in the MAAC.
