Red Foxes Triumph In Elimination Game Against Canisius

POMONA, New York- The Marist baseball team continued its journey to a MAAC Championship with an elimination game win against Canisius, Wednesday evening. The Red Foxes fell to Rider in the opening game, but finished with a win against Canisius 8-4.
 
Game One Summary Vs Rider
  • In the top-half of the first inning with two outs, Justin Kapuscinski recorded the Red Foxes first base runner of the game with a walk.
    • Lewis Rodriguez followed with a single to left field.
    • The Red Foxes were held scoreless in the first inning.
  • Caleb Kempler pitched a scoreless first inning for the Red Foxes.
    • Kempler recorded two strikeouts in the inning.
