POUGHKEEPSIE, New York- The Marist men's swim and dive team dropped its first meet of the season against Lehigh, Saturday afternoon. The Red Foxes fell in a tight meet 148-143 against the Mountain Hawks.
The Red Foxes moved to 5-1 overall on the 2024-25 season, and remain 3-0 in MAAC play.
- "Coming off a good Winter training camp, I thought we put up a great fight against a strong Lehigh team. We had swimmers and divers starting to catch their stride and implement things that will help them at MAACs in a few weeks. We'll have to quickly shift gears as we have another strong NEC opponent Bryant coming to McCann next Saturday. We aim to send our seniors out with a victory."
-Head Coach, Anthony Randall
- "I'm incredibly proud of how hard my divers have been working. Their dives look cleaner, and they're becoming more consistent with every practice. It's exciting to see all their effort pay off, and I can't wait to see how they perform at our next few dual meets!"
