The Red Foxes Take Down Saint Peter's Sunday Afternoon

WAPPINGERS FALLS, New York – Marist Baseball took the series sweep against Saint Peter's Sunday Afternoon. The bats stayed hot and Marist is now 5-12 on the season.
 
SUMMARY
  • Marist started the scoring right away with three runs in the bottom of the first inning.
    • Connor Lawrence got things started with an RBI single.
    • Kyle Pollack drove in a run on a sac fly.
    • Natha Lincoln ripped an RBI triple scoring one run.
  • Saint Peter's responded in the top of the second inning with a run of their own, making it 3-1.
  • The Peacocks would plate another run in the top of the third to cut the lead to one run, 3-2 Marist.
  • The Red Foxes score another two runs in the bottom of the fifth inning, making the score 5-2 Red Foxes.
