NEW ROCHELLE, New York – Marist Baseball lost the battle to Iona University Saturday afternoon by a final score of 5-3. The Red Foxes fall to 6-15 on the season.

• The Red Foxes get on the board first with two runs in the top of the first.
  • Nathan Lincoln ripped a two-run single up the middle.
• In the bottom of the first the Gaels respond with one run of their own.
• Marist scored another run in the top of the third to extend the lead, 3-1 Marist.

• In the bottom of the seventh Iona put up four runs to take a 5-3 lead.
• The Gaels would finish off the game in the ninth with a 5-3 win.
