WEST POINT, New York – Marist men's and women's swimming and diving teams begin their 2026-27 campaigns Thursday night at the Army Invite. The meet will begin at 4:30 p.m.
The Red Foxes finished the 2025-26 season with two top-three finishes at the MAAC Championships. The women's team finished second at the championships, while the men's team placed third.
The women's team took home a total of 11 medals, including two golds.
Anna Kirby took gold in the women's 50-yard freestyle, and
Kennedy Wheeler won gold in the women's 100-yard freestyle.
The men's team secured nine medals, including three golds.
Oscar Bjering secured two gold medals in the men's 500-yard freestyle and 1,650-yard freestyle. The final gold for the men came from
Dylan Magda in the men's 200-yard breaststroke.
The Red Foxes return to McCann Natatorium for their annual Red/White Meet on Oct. 3 at 10 a.m.
