- Won the silver medal in the 200-yard back at the MAAC Championships.
- Part of the team that finished first in the 800-yard free relay against SCSU. Also won the 100-yard back in the same meet.
- Won the 200-yard back in the season opening meet against Canisius.

Hewett won the 200 IM at Eric County Interscholastic, Class A's, and Section VI Championships and is a five-time NYSPHSAA State Championships qualifier. She was named captain of the varsity team her senior year, and was a six-year varsity letter winner. She holds three separate records at Lancaster High School and was a member of the National Honor Society.
