- Defeated Sarah Cheverie 6-4, 6-0 from the fourth spot in Marist's win over Rider on October 13
- Recorded her first-career victory in the second flight, 6-1, 6-1 over La Salle's Jazmin Walle on February 22
- Went 7-6 in doubles play, including 4-1 in the third position
- Won four-consecutive matches with Amy Galloway from February 2-22, with wins over Lehigh, Colgate, Binghamton, and La Salle

- She had an overall record of 9-12 in singles play, going 3-2 in MAAC play, with eight of those wins in No. 6 dual matches
- She was 9-6 in doubles and 4-1 in doubles in conference play, with all nine wins coming out of the third flight
- Chavarria had an overall record of 7-6 in singles play, including a 5-4 record in dual matches
- She was 3-2 in doubles, 1-1 in conference play and 2-2 in tournament play
Prior to Marist: Chavarria is from Wellington Florida, where she played competitive tennis since the age of 12. She played high school tennis for three years, missing one year due to injury. She went to state championship all three years and in her senior year was runner-up in the state doubles finals. She played very competitively in USTA tournaments and played two ITF tournaments in Mexico. She also represented Mexico in the Northern Cup Tennis Championships and received second place overall. In school, she was part of the National Science Honors Society, National Honors Society, President of the Pre-med Club, and a teaching assistant senior year for an Anatomy and Physiology class.
