Marist Record Book: 400-Yard Freestyle Relay (3:00.69), 800-Yard Freestyle Relay (6:40.09)

2014-15: MAAC All-Academic Team... Swam to a third place finish in the 200-yard freestyle at the MAAC Championships with the fourth fastest time in program history (1:40.95)... Member of the second place 800-yard freestyle (6:40.09) and first place 400-yard freestyle (3:00.69) teams at the MAAC Championships... Finished 11th in the 100-yard freestyle at the ECAC Championships (45.80 seconds) with the fifth fastest time in program history... Competed in the 100- and 500-yard freestyle events at the MAAC and ECAC Championships... Member of the 400-yard freestyle relay team that placed second at the ECAC Championships (3:01.21)... Won the 200-yard freestyle at the H2ounds Invitational (1:46.53) and the 100-yard event at Seton Hall (47.85 seconds).  

2013-14: Finished 20th in the 1,650-yard freestyle race with a time of 16:41.33 at the ECAC Championships... Placed third in the 500-yard freestyle against Binghamton with a time of 4:58.01.

2012-13: MAAC All-Academic Team… Finished sixth in the 800-yard freestyle relay with teammates Stephen Miller, Jason Ruddy and Nicholas Spinella… Finished fourth in the 500-yard freestyle during the MAAC Championships... Member of the 800-yard freestyle relay team that finished first at the MAAC and ECAC Championships.

2011-12: Earned three top six finishes at his first MAAC Championship... Placed second in the 1,000-yard freestyle with a time of 9:35.57, fourth in the 500-yard freestyle at 4:35.86, and sixth in the 1,650-yard freestyle at 16:09.99... As a member of the 800-yard freestyle relay team, he helped lead his squad to third place finish at 6:53.47... At the ECAC Championships, he finished 14th in the 1,650-yard freestyle at 16:23.52... Swam the 200-yard freestyle in 1:45.67 and the 500-yard freestyle in 4:45.09... Swam with the 800-yard freestyle relay team, who finished seventh at 7:00.45.

Prior to Marist: Drennen comes from Spring-Ford Senior High School in Royersford, Pa. Interscholastically, he qualified for the Pennsylvania District 1AAA meet three times and the PIAA State Championships twice in the freestyle discipline. A captain his senior year, he became the school record holder at Spring-Ford Senior High School in the 200- and 500-yard freestyle events as well as being the anchor on the record-breaking 400-yard freestyle relay team. He earned All-Conference and All-Area Second Team nods. As a member of the Upper Main Line YMCA Swim Club, Drennen has qualified for the YMCA Nationals four times.
