2015: All-MAAC Second Team, MAAC All-Academic Team... Appeared in all 34 of the Red Foxes games in her senior season… Hamby finished fourth on the team with 38 goals, fourth on the team with 32 assists, and fourth on the team in total points with 70… She had a .392 shooting percentage and put 97 shots on goal… Defensively, Hamby finished fourth on the team in steals with 30, and had three field blocks... Shad was fourth on the Red Foxes with 13 ejections drawn… Hamby had 19 multi-point games and 13 multi-goal games… In a five game stretch from March 16 to March 21 she had at least three points in every game, which included two goals in each of the five games… She got her first goals of the season in a victory over #9 Indiana on Jan. 25… Hamby had a 15 game point streak from March 14-April 11… On April 4 against Iona she scored a season-high four goals in the win… Hamby registered a season-high in points in a victory against Iona on March 29 scoring three goals and adding three assists for a six point game… Hamby registered a season-high three assists twice against Villanova on March 29, and against Iona the same day…In the MAAC Tournament she scored two goals and had two assists in the semifinal win over Villanova, and had one goal in the championship game against Wagner.
2014: All-MAAC Second Team…Hamby started and appeared in all 37 games for the Red Foxes this season…She led the team in assists, compiling 62 throughout 2014…She was also third for Marist in field blocks (8), fourth in steals (43), tied for fourth in ejections drawn (24), and fifth in goals (30) for a .300 shooting percentage…She kicked off the season with a goal against the University of Pacific on Feb. 1…In the same day, she posted a season-high three goals, as well as two assists against Siena…In the Red Foxes’ sudden death victory over Brown on Feb. 2, Hamby compiled one goal, one assist, three steals, and two ejections drawn…When Marist faced the No. 7 nationally-ranked Princeton, Hamby added two assists for Marist…She had a stellar weekend of competition at the Arizona State University Tournament, compiling four goals, 10 assists, and six steals…She posted a season-high four steals in Marist’s win over Azusa Pacific on March 14…She went on to claim a season-high four assists against Cal Bakersfield on March 16…Hamby tied her season-high of four steals vs. St. Francis on March 22…She also tied her season-high of three goals against Siena on March 29, before tying her season-high four assists in the same day against Iona…In the same weekend, Hamby compiled four goals and six assists at the Red Foxes’ hosted a MAAC Round Robin…She tied her season-high three goals against VMI, before beating her season record with five assists in the victory over Wagner on March 30…Hamby notched a season-high six points over Gannon on April 6, posting another season-high three goals, as well as three assists, and three ejections drawn…Hamby had 27 multi-point games, with seven of those being multi-scoring…She led the Red Foxes in goals scored in three of their outings throughout the season, only going seven games without an assist in 2014.
2013: MAAC All-Academic Team … Appeared in 35 of Marist’s 37 games as a sophomore… Scored 17 goals and added 13 assists for 30 points… Recorded 21 steals and six field blocks and drew six ejections… Had multi-point efforts in nine games, including five games with multi-goal performances… Had three points on two goals and an assist on four occasions, including in back-to-back games vs. George Washington and Whittier on March 15-16.
2012: MAAC Rookie of the Year, MAAC Rookie of the Week 2/14, 3/20 ... Played in all 38 games for the Red Foxes... Ranked third on the team in assists (28) and fourth in goals (43)... Finished the season with 32 steals and six field blocks... Marist was 17-11 when she scored a goal... Had 11 games with at least three points... Scored her first career goal in her first game vs. Maryland on 1/28... Had her first career hat trick on 2/19 vs. Gannon... Had a season-high in assists (4) and points (6) in a 13-12 overtime win over Iona on 3/24... Had a 20-game point streak from 3/10-4/15... Had two goals, two assists and two steals on 2/18 vs. Princeton... Made a season-high three steals twice - 2/19 vs. Brown and 4/14 vs. St. Francis (N.Y.)... Scored the game-winning goal in overtime against Wagner on 4/14 that gave the Red Foxes the second seed in the MAAC Tournament... Scored two goals and added an assist and two steals against Villanova in the MAAC Tournament.
Prior to Marist: Hamby comes to Poughkeepsie with several accolades, having been named to the All-League First Team her sophomore, junior and senior seasons after making the Second Team as a freshman. She was also named to the All-Section First Team following her junior and senior seasons and the Second Team after her sophomore season. She was named Defensive Player of the Year her senior year and Most Improved Player her sophomore year.
