2015-16: Finished first in the 200-yard butterfly (2:15.25) and was on the winning 200-yard medley relay squad (1:52.32) vs. Fairfield... Placed third in the 200-yard backstroke (2:04.52) at the MAAC Championships. Also competed in the 200-yard IM. 

2014-15: After a record breaking freshman year, Lampe followed up the 2013-14 season with six first-place finishes... In the MAAC Championships, Lampe placed second in the 50-yard backstroke (27:01) and third in the 200-yard backstroke (2:03.99)... Member of the second place 200-yard medley relay (1:45.41) and first place 200-yard freestyle relay (1:34.95) teams... Swam on the 200-yard medley relay squad that finished third at the ECAC Championships with a time of 1:45.84.   

2013-14: MAAC Women's Swimmer of the Week (11/13)... On the first day of the H2ounds Invitational, claimed a school record leading off for the 400-yard medley relay team, finishing the first backstroke leg in 27.49 seconds... At the same meet, swam the 100-yard backstroke in a personal best 56.98 seconds, the third fastest time in Marist history... At the MAAC Championships, was a part of the first-place 400-yard freestyle relay team as well as the second-place 400- and 200-yard medley relay and 800-yard freestyle relay squads... Individually, she placed third in the 400-yard individual medley (4:34.03) and 100-yard backstroke (57.55), whie placing seventh in the 200-yard individual medley (2:09.18)... Placed seventh in the 200-yard backstroke with a time of 2:05.19 at the ECAC Championships while taking 14th in the 100-yard backstroke (58.52)... Set the current Marist record in the 50-yard backstroke (26:81) and 200-yard medley relay (1:44.75). 

Prior to Marist: Lampe joins Marist’s swimming and diving program after a strong career with both Ward Melville High School and Three Village Swim Club. A two-time NYS and sectional qualifier, Lampe was out-touched for the 2012 Section 11 High School 100-yard backstroke crown. She settled for second place while taking two relay titles in school record-breaking times. An individual finalist at the NYS Championships, she was named Second Team All-Long Island. In club action Lampe qualified for the NCSA Junior Nationals in the 100-yard backstroke and competed in the 400-yard IM at the 2013 Speedo Championship Series.
