2016-17: MAAC All-Academic Team... Competed in three events in the MAAC Championships: the 200-yard backstroke and the 200- and 400- yard individual medley relays... Finished in second place in the 400-yard individual medley (4:35.45) and third place in the 200-yard individual medley (2:08.80) at the MAAC Championships.

2015-16: Placed third in the 200-yard breaststroke (2:37.80) vs. Fairfield... Came in third in the 100-yard backstroke (1:03.24) at Southern Connecticut State... Clocked in with the third fastest time in the 200-yard backstroke (2:13.37) vs. Boston College... At the MAAC Championships, finished in the top five in the 200- and 400-yard IM events and also raced in the 200-yard backstroke. Competed in the same three events at the ECAC Championships.    

2014-15: Lydon placed second against Southern Connecticut State with a time of 29.64 seconds in the 50-yard backstroke... She had another second place finish in the 100-yard backstroke against Fairfield (1:02.63)... During the MAAC Championships, Lydon's time of 2:08.34 in the 200-yard individual meledy was good enough to finish fourth... She finished fifth in both the 100- (58.54 seconds) and 200-yard backstrokes (2:06.44)...  During the ECAC Championships, Lydon placed 16th in the 200-yard individual medley (2:12.49).

 2013-2014: In her first year at Marist, Lydon competed in three events during the preliminary round of the MAAC Championships, advancing to the finals in the 200-yard backstroke.... Finished the 100-yard butterfly in 21st (1:01.19), the 100-yard backstroke in 17th (1:00.11), and the 200-yard backstroke in fifth place with a time of 2:06.58 in the preliminaries... In the finals round of the championship, placed fifth overall with a time of 2:06.28 in the 200-yard backstroke... Placed 11th in the same event at the ECAC Championships.

Prior to Marist: A member of the St. Anthony’s High School and Team Suffolk Swim Club of the Metropolitan Swimming Association, where she served as a captain, Lydon brings backstroke and relay prowess to Marist College. A two-time NYS Championship qualifier in the 100-yard backstroke, she as raced in NYS relays with the St. Anthony’s 200- and 400-yard freestyle teams. Lydon has garnered recognition on All-League and All-Sectional teams for both her backstroke and relay success. Her 200-yard medley relay squad set the CHSAA record and garnered All-American consideration.
