2016-17: Competed in three events in the MAAC Championships: the 200-yard butterfly and the 200-, and 400-yard individual medley... Raced in five events at the ECAC Championships, and helping the Red Foxes to a 10th place finish in the 800-yard freestyle relay (6:51.45).

2015-16: Finished second in the 500- (4:54.59) and 1,000-yard (10:08.73) freestyle events vs. Fairfield... Placed third in the 200-yard IM (2:04.93) at Rider... Won a swim off to earn the final spot in the 200-yard IM at the MAAC Championships. Also competed in the 400-yard IM and 1,650-yard freestyle at the meet... Swam in the 100- and 200-yard butterfly and 200-yard IM at the ECAC Championships.

Prior to Marist: Stadel specialized in the 200-yard individual medley and was a section finalist, district medalist and state qualifier in the event. He won a district medal in the 400-yard medley relay before competing at the state championships in the same event.
