2011: MAAC All-Academic Team ... Finished the Marist Invitational in 18:02, good for 24^th place overall, on Sept. 30... Completed the Iona College Meet of Champions in 27.53.88... Placed 59^th in the Open Race at the Paul Short Run in 26:51... Took 111^th overall in the 8,000-meter Championship Race at the UAlbany Invitational with a time of 29:10.6... Placed 108^th at the MAAC Championships with a time of 29:04.1, helping the Red Foxes to a second place finish... Finished 46^th in the Coaches' Race at the IC4A Meet with a time of 29:27.

2010: MAAC All-Academic Team. ...Finished in 41st place at Marist Invitational Sept. 4. ...Finished 63rd in 8K distance at Fairfield Invitational Sept. 25. ...Finished 80th overall in five-mile distance at Metropolitan Championships Oct. 8. ...Finished fifteenth overall and recorded personal-best time in 8K men's purple race at UAlbany Invitational Oct. 17. ...Finished 68th overall with a time of 27:06 at the MAAC Championships Oct. 29. ... Finished 15th overall and set a personal-best time of 27:42 in the Coaches Association Race at the IC4A Championships Nov. 20.

2009: Ran a 17:50 over 5K at the Marist Season Opener on Sept. 5 ... Had an 8K personal-best time of 27:23 in the Open Race at the Paul Short Run on Oct. 2 ... Improved his 8K personal-best with a 27:01.2 in the JV Purple Race at the Albany Invitational on Oct. 17.
