Marist Record Book: 800-Yard Freestyle Relay (7:29.41)

2017-18: MAAC Swimmer of the Week (12/6)...Competed in six events at MAAC Championships including third place finishes in the 500- (4:58.07) and 1650- yard freestyle (17:17.60) and fourth place in the 200-yard freestyle (1:52.28)...Swam four events at ECAC Championships...Was named Women's Swimmer of the Meet at the H2ounds Invitational after winning the 200-, 500- and 1650-yard freestyle in addition to the 800-yard freestyle relay...Took the top spot in the 200- and 500-yard freestyle against Rider. 

2016-17: MAAC Women’s Co-Outstanding Swimmer, MAAC Champion: 500- (5:00.00) and 1000-Yard Freestyle (10:17.38), CSCAA Conference Swimmer of the Week (11/1)... Finished in first place in three events, the 200-, 500-, and 1000-yard freestyle, in a regular season matchup vs. Rider on Oct. 29... Finished in first place in the 500- (5:00.00) and 1000-yard freestyle (10:17.38) at the MAAC Championships... Placed second in the 1650-yard freestyle (17:22.47) at the MAAC Championships.

2015-16: In her first meet as a Red Fox on January 9, 2016, placed first in the 200- (1:59.83) and 1,650-yard (17:47.57) freestyle events in a win at Southern Connecticut State... Won the 1,000-yard freestyle (10:43.28) in the regular season finale at Binghamton... Became the MAAC champion in the 1,000- (10:17.65) and 1,650-yard freestyle (16:59.72) after never swimming against an opponent in the conference. Finished third in the 500-yard freestyle (5:01.64) and swam the second leg on the Red Foxes' first place 800-yard freestyle relay team (7:29.41).   

Prior To Marist: Nestrowitz transferred to Marist following a year and a half swimming for the University of Connecticut. She competed in the 100-, 200-, 500- and 1,650-yard freestyle events at the 2015 American Athletic Conference Championships. During her four years at Immaculate Heart Academy she earned All-County honors 12 times. She was a four-time League, County and State champion. Nestrowitz captained her team her senior season and was The Record Athlete of the Week in 2013. She graduated holding the school and county record in the 100-yard freestyle. Academically she was named to the Honor Roll as a junior and senior.

Personal: Born January 14, 1996... Daughter of Peter and Gerri Nestrowitz... Has one brother, Peter.
