- The ticket office at Marist College is open from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday-Friday

When does the Box Office open on days of competition?
- The box office opens 90 minutes prior to the start of competition
How can I order tickets?
- Single game tickets for basketball and football can be purchased at MaristTickets.com.
- Tickets can also be purchased at the Marist College Ticket Office located in the McCann Center or at the box office on the day of competition
What types of payment are accepted?
- Cash
- Checks: Payable to Marist College
- Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express
Does Marist College offer group rates?
- Yes, group rates are offered at all basketball and football games
- You must have 15 people in your party to qualify for a group rate
- To qualify for the group rate, arrangements must be made with the Ticket Office before the Box Office opens on days of competition
- Group rates will NOT be given at the door

Can I get a refund of my ticket purchases?
- No. All ticket sales are final at the time of purchase

Who needs a ticket for games?
- Any person attending the game over the age of two (adult, children ages 12 and under)
- Infants ages two and under are free
Where can I pick up tickets left at will-call?
- Will-Call tickets at Tenney Stadium are located under the Marist Tent to the right of the main gate
- Will-Call tickets at McCann Arena are located in the Hall of Fame. The Hall of Fame is to the left, immediately after entering the McCann Center
