MAAC Championship Recap
Marist won the 1997 MAAC Women’s Rowing Championship with a cumulative total of 90 points. The Red Foxes crushed the competition as runner up Iona trailed in the final standings by 34 points. Iona was followed by Loyola, Manhattan, and Canisius. This was the first crew title for the women’s team since joining the MAAC.
