Marist University Athletics

All students-athletes must create an account with our electronic medical records system, ATS. Full clearance for participation in team activities will only be granted once everything has been completed and submitted. The Sports Medicine staff has the right to hold any student-athlete out of activity until the full medical history has been reviewed.

Physical

• All incoming student-athletes (freshman, transfer, and walk-on) must provide a current physical to the Office of Sports Medicine to be cleared for athletic participation. This must be completed by an MD, PA, NP and completed within one year from the student-athlete arriving on campus.
• In addition to the new student-athlete paperwork and physical, all NEW students are required to submit health forms to Student Health Services. Please see their website for more information on requirements: https://www.marist.edu/student-life/services/health-services/forms
