2012: MAAC ALL ACADEMIC TEAM… Earned All-MAAC honors for the fourth straight year, becoming the third runner in program history, following Girma Segni and Will Griffin, to be named All-MAAC four times… Finished 8^th at the the Stony Brook Invitational by running a 25:47.98 … At the Paul Short Run placed 88^th overall with a time of 25:21… Placed 35^th with a time of 24:58 at the Princeton Invitational… During the MAAC Championships finished 10^th overall timing in at 24:57.92… At the NCAA Regional had his best personal time of 31:06.1… He missed the All-Region (top-25) team by less than two seconds. His placement is the second best in school history, trailing only Mike Melfi's 25th place finish in 1998, and eclipsing Girma Segni's 2006 showing of 28th… Finished 12^th overall at the IC4A/ECAC Meet with a time of 25:35.1 for his third consecutive IC4A All East Performance… He finishes his cross country career as the only Marist runner in school history to earn All-East honors in the Championship Division in every season he has raced.

2011: MAAC Runner of the Week 9/6, IC4A All-East, All-MAAC, MAAC All-Academic Team ... Was the individual winner at Marist Invitational on Sept. 3 with a time of 16:56.29... Finished 16^th overall out of 222 runners at the Iona College Meet of Champions on Sept. 17... Placed 68^th overall in the Gold Race at the Paul Short Run with a time of 25:20... Ran in 25:32.0, finishing eighth overall to help lead the Red Foxes to a second place finish at the MAAC Championships... Set a personal best time of 25.17, the sixth-best in Marist history at Van Cortlandt Park, finishing eighth at the IC4A Meet... Placed 54^th overall at the NCAA Northeast Regional meet, a 10,000-meter course, in a time of 32:44.8.

2010: MAAC All-Academic Team, IC4A All-East. ...Set personal best time of 16:28 and finished third in 5K run at Marist Invitational Sept. 4 ... Finished 226th in 8K distance Oct. 2 at Paul Short Run... Placed 78th overall in 5.2-mile run at Penn State National meet Oct. 17...Finished 12th overall at the MAAC Championships Oct. 29...Finished third for Marist and 61st overall at the Northeast Regionals, helping the Red Foxes to their best finish at the event in program history. ...Finished 14th overall and earned IC4A Championship Division All-East honors.

2009: Finished seventh in the 5K Marist Season Opener on Sept. 5 with a time of 16:49 ... Ran a 26:14 over 8K at the Boston University Invitational on Sept. 20 ... Covered the 8K course at the Paul Short Run in a time of 25:29 on Oct. 2 ... Ran a personal-best 25:20.3 over 8K at the Albany Invitational on Oct. 17, finishing ninth ... Finished 14th at the 2009 MAAC Cross Country Championships with a time of 27:00.2 ... Part of the scoring pack for Marist at the NCAA Northeast Regional on Nov. 14, running a time of 34:09 over 10K.
