2011: All-MAAC ... Finished second in the Marist Invitational on Sept. 6 with a time of 16:56.52, .23 of a second out of first place... Placed 46^th overall in the Gold Race at the Paul Short Run on Sept. 30 with a time of 25:09... Finished 23^rd in a time of 27:10 at the Penn State Invitational on Oct. 14... Ran in 25:04.0, the third-fasted time in Marist history at Van Cortlandt Park, finishing seventh overall to help lead the Red Foxes to a second place finish at the MAAC Championships... Competed at the NCAA Northeast Regional Meet, finishing the 10,000-meter course in 33:54.3.

2010: IC4A All-East...Finished tied for second with teammate Adam Vess in setting Marist Invitational meet record with a time of 15:59 on the 5K course Sept. 4, leading Marist to a first place finish...Placed first for Marist and 54th overall in 5.2-mile run at Penn State National Oct. 17. ...Was the top finisher for the Red Foxes and finished seventh overall at the MAAC Championships Oct. 29. ...Finished first for Marist and 30th overall at the Northeast Regional, leading Marist to its best finish at the event in program history. ...Finished in seventh place at IC4A Championships.

2009: IC4A All-East... Finished second at the Marist Season Opener on Sept. 5, covering the 5K course in 16:17 ... Placed 10th at the Boston University Inviational, running a 25:25 over 8K ... Ran a 24:52 at the Paul Short Run on Oct. 2, finishing 90th ... Finished 11th at the MAAC Cross Country Championship on Oct. 30, running a time of 26:41.9 ... Marist's top finisher at the NCAA Northeast Regional on Nov. 14, running a 33:09 over 10K ... Placed 12th at the IC4A Championship on Nov. 21, running a time of 25:48.5.

2008: Finished eighth in the Marist Season Opener on Sept. 5 with a time of 16:49... Placed 82nd in Iona College Meet of Champions on Sept. 20 with a time of 26:25.2... Finished Paul Short Run at Lehigh on Oct. 3 in 25:43... Placed 11th at UAlbany Invitational on Oct. 18 with a time of 25:25.5...
