Accolades: MAAC All-Academic Team

• Finished sixth in the Men 50-yard Freestyle against Rider and Fairfield.
• Finished sixth in the 100-yard Freestyle in the Colgate meet.

2020-21 Season

• Season canceled due to disruptions from the COVID-19 pandemic.

 

General

Coueslant, the younger brother of Marist's senior swimmer Murray Coueslant, will be joining the program from Robert Gordon's College, which is located in Scotland. Prior to Marist, like his older brother, Archie Coueslant swam for the Aberdeen Swim Club. Archie was the captain of his High School swimming team his junior and senior year, and was a four-time champion at the high school level. With the Aberdeen Dolphin Swimming Club, Archie was a member of the Gold Performance Squad as a backstroke and freestyle specialist. In his final season, he received his team's "Coach's Award" which is given out to the swimmer who had gone above and beyond in the previous 12 months, becoming a leader to others in the squad and being a positive role model.
