Ethan Fergus begins his first season as an Assistant Coach August 2018.
Fergus has coached at Monroe-Woodbury Devilfish Aquatics since 2006, becoming the head coach in 2012. As head coach, Fergus has taken on a variety of responsibilities including recruiting coaches, providing budgeting support, design and oversee training plans for swimmers and oversee seasonal development of swimmers.
Outside of coaching, Fergus has had an accomplished career with with the New York State Police Department. He has worked with the New York State Police Department since 1984, serving as a Senior Investigator since 2006. Fergus has received numerous awards including NYSP NYC Centurion Award (2015) and the Certificate of Appreciation, US Marshal's Service (2015).
Fergus's daughter, Megan, is a current member of the Marist Volleyball team.
