2014-15: MAAC Diver of the Week (1/14), ECAC Diver of the Week (1/14)... Set a personal best on the 3-meter board when he racked up 320.48 points vs. Southern Connecticut State on Jan. 10 to qualify for the NCAA Championships. His total was the third highest in program history... Placed first on the 1-meter board at the same meet by scoring 271.72 points... Finished fourth on the 1- (281.40 points) and 3-meter boards (263.40 points) at the MAAC Championships... Placed fourth on both boards at the ECAC Championships with scores of 269.50 points on one meter and 288.15 points at three meters... Scored 234.05 points on the 1-meter board and 231.05 points on the 3-meter board at the NCAA Championships.
2013-14: MAAC Diver of the Week (1/29), ECAC Diver of the Week (1/30)... At the MAAC Championships, finished seventh in the 1-meter dive (251.95 points) and fifth in the 3-meter dive (276.10 points)... Also placed third in the 3-meter dive with a score of 282.20 points at the ECAC Championships.
2012-13: MAAC Diver of the Week (12/4)… Finished third in the 3-meter diving competition at ECACs… Finished fourth in the 1-meter diving competition at ECAC’s with a score of 254.80... Finished third in the 3-meter dive and first in the 1-meter dive against Canisius... Finished first in the 3-meter dive and second in the 1-meter dive against Fordham... Finished second in both the 1- and 3-meter dive against Fairfield... Finished second in the 1-meter dive against Rider... Finished first in both the 1- and 3-meter dive at the H20unds Invitational... Finished third in both the 1- and 3-meter dive against SCSU... Finished second in the 1-meter dive and third in the 3-meter dive against Boston College... 2011-12: Turned in two top seven finishes in his first MAAC Championships, a third in the 1-meter with 266.30 points and a seventh in the 3-meter with 203.45... Had another strong performance the next week at the ECAC Championships. Finished third in the 1-meter at 249.00 and eighth in the 3-meter at 226.25... Won the 3-meter board at the H20 Invitational with 238.30 points... Finished third in the 1-meter dive against Army... Finished second in both the 1- and 3-meter dive against Fordham... Finished third in the 3-meter dive against Rider... Finished first in the 1-meter dive and third in the 3-meter dive against Canisius... Finished third in the 3-meter dive against Binghamton... Prior to Marist: Baker concluded his interscholastic career at Wyoming Seminary College Preparatory School with a sixth place finish in the Pennsylvania Class AA Diving Championships. He qualified for states with a second place finish in the PIAA District 2 Class AA Diving Championships and was honored by his school as the Winter Semester Coaches' Award winner for Boys Swimming and Diving.
