2017-18: ECAC Champion: 3-Meter Dive, ECAC Diver of the Meet, MAAC Diver of the Week (1/25, 1/17, 11/22, 10/25)...Qualified for the NCAA Diving Zone Championships in the 3-meter with a score of 369.98 at Southern Connecticut...Named Co-Diver of the Meet at H2ounds invitational...Placed first in both the 1-meter and 3-meter at Fairfield...Finished 17th at the NCAA Diving Regionals...At the MAAC Championships, placed third at the 1-meter and sixth in the 3-meter dive. Finished fifth in the 1-meter at ECAC Championships.
 
2016-17: ECAC Champion: 1- and 3-Meter Dive, ECAC Diver of the Meet... Qualified for the NCAA Championships in the 3-meter dive when he scored 324.00 points in the event at Fordham on Oct. 20... Finished second on both boards at the MAAC Championships... Scored a personal best 323.35 points to win the 1-meter dive at the ECAC Championships. Also won the 3-meter event with 309.65 points... Finished with 288.40 points in the prelims of the 3-meter dive and placed 14th in the 1-meter dive finals (587.65 points) of the NCAA Championships.

2015-16: ECAC Diver of the Meet, MAAC Diver of the Week (1/13)... Scored a personal best 320.33 points in the 3-meter dive against Southern Connecticut State on Jan. 9 to qualify for the NCAA Championships... At the MAAC Championships, finished sixth at one meter and fifth at three meters... Had the top qualifying score (270.80 points) and finished second (278.50 points) in the 1-meter dive at the ECAC Championships. Finished second in the 3-meter dive after racking up 292.95 points... Competed in the prelims on both boards in his first career NCAA Championship meet.   

2014-15: Placed ninth on the 1-meter board (251.35 points) and eighth on the 3-meter board (239.90 points) at his first MAAC Championships... Finished sixth in the 1-meter dive (243.75 points) and eighth in the 3-meter dive (246.30 points) at the ECAC Championships.

Prior to Marist: Gallino starts his time at Marist after a stellar senior season. He was named All-NVL (Naugatuck Valley League Diving) and All-State while taking first place in the NVL, first in states Class S, and eighth place in the State Open. In his senior season, Gallino received a Leadership Award and the Athlete of the Year Award as well as Most Valuable Player for his tennis team. He received the R-Jay Domondon Memorial Scholarship, Outstanding Senior J.O.P. Manherz Award, Lt. Raymond P. Donnelly Award, and the Jim Farrar Excellence in Swimming and Diving Award.
