2016-17: Finished the season with a 31-11 overall record, with a very strong 19-3 record in singles matches. Had a 5-1 record in Conference singles. Also had a 12-8 record in doubles, 3-3 in conference.

2015-16: All-MAAC Second Team (Sixth Singles) – Fletcher finished the season with a strong overall record of 42-14, 27-6 in singles and 15-8 in doubles. Going 16-2 in dual matches, 11-4 in tournament play and 5-1 in conference matches in singles play earned Fletcher a spot on the All-MAAC Second Team in the sixth singles position. Doubles finished with a 9-5 dual matches record, 6-3 in tournament play, and 6-1 in MAAC matches. 

2014-15: All-MAAC First Team (Third Doubles) - Finished the season 8-7 overall, 5-1 in dual matches, and 3-1 in conference play in singles matches. In doubles Fletcher posted a 14-5 overall record, 11-3 record in dual matches, and went a perfect 6-0 in conference play. Named All-MAAC First Team at the #3 doubles position with teammate Rudolf Kurz.

2013-14: All-MAAC Second Team (Third Doubles) – Fletcher posted a perfect 12-0 mark in singles play this season alongside a 3-0 mark in the MAAC. He finished 17-7 mark in doubles. Fletcher and primary doubles partner Matteo Giudici posted a 15-7 mark together. From March 1-18, Fletcher and Giudici won six straight doubles matches together. 

Prior to Marist: Played on the varsity tennis team for all four years at St. John's high school and served as a co-captain... His father Ian played professional tennis and reached an international ranking as high as #40.
