Biography
2016-17: Had a perfect 2-0 record in single matches.
2015-16: Recorded an overall record this season of 14-16, a singles record of 10-13 and a doubles record of 4-3. Finished singles going 4-8 in dual matches, 6-5 in tournament play and 2-2 in conference match ups. Doubles concluded with a 1-1 record in dual matches and 3-2 in tournament play.Â
2014-15: Put up a 11-10 mark overall in singles play, including a 7-4 mark in dual matches and four wins to six losses in tournaments. Went 2-0 in doubles play on the season.
Prior to Marist: As a natural lefty, Tanzer comes to Marist with a successful resume, as he was always ranked in top-20 in his age group (under 14, under 16 and under 18). In the Open Swiss ranking, he improved from 316-140 in the past year. Tanzer has an extensive international tournament experience.
