2014-15 Outdoor: Placed fourth in the 4x800-meter relay event with a time of 8:27.18 at the 20th Annual Monmouth Season Opener...At the MAAC Championships, Rynkowski placed 22nd in the 1,500-meter event with a time of 4:09.77.

2014-15 Indoor: Set a personal best at the Army 5 Way Meet's 800-meter event with a time of 2:05.04.

2013-14 Outdoor: Was a member of the 4X1500-meter relay team that broke the school record with a time of 16:17:39 at the 2014 Colonial Relays finishing in tenth place… Finished 19^th overall in the 1500-meter at the MAAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships with a time of 4:16.36.

2013-14 Indoor: Competed at the MAAC Indoor Track & Field Championships in the Distance Medley Relay with a time of 10:33.31 finishing in sixth place… Competed in the mile with the best finish coming at the Metropolitan Indoor Track & Field Championship with a time of 4:32.20 finishing in 15th.

2012-13 Outdoor: Set personal best in the 1500-meter with a time of 4:08.53 at the Bison Outdoor Classic finishing in 99th place… Set personal best in the 3000-meter at Stony Brook University’s Wolfie Invitational with a time of 8:53.47 finishing sixth overall… Set a personal best in the 5000-meter with a time of 15:26.79 at Richmond’s Fred Hardy Invitational finishing in 11th place… Finished 17^th overall in the 5000-meter at the MAAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships with a time of 15:58.84.

2012-13 Indoor: Set a personal best in the mile with a time of 4:24.87 at the NYU Team Challenge finishing in ninth place… Competed in the MAAC Indoor Track & Field Championships in the Distance Medley Relay finishing in third place with a time of 10:34.87.
