Prior to Marist: A four-year member of Brookhaven-Comsewogue High School's varisty lacrosse team's starting lineup, Tricarico was a team captain her senior year. She earned accolades for her play on the All-Division Team in 2012 and was named to the Academic All-American Team following her junior and senior seasons. As a member of the Long Island Yellow Jackets club team, she was recognized as the team's MVP in 2010 as well as the MVP of the 2010 Galaxy Nationals. Tricarico also participated on her varsity field hockey, track and cheerleading teams. She was a member of the National Honor Society for two academic years and the French Honor Society for four. She earned the President's Award for Academic Excellence.
