Prior to Marist: A two-time Bay State Conference First Team All-Star, Polymeros played for a high school lacrosse team that reached the semifinals of the Division I Bay State League in 2012 and won the Herget Division in 2014. She was named a US Lacrosse Women's National Lower New England Player and Brine National High School All-American her junior season and selected to be a team captain her senior year. Polymeros was a two-year member of the National Honor Society and earned a spot on the High Honor Roll. She was an officer in Key Club and active member of the D.E.C.A. Club.
