Biography
2017: MAAC All-Tournament Team, MAAC All-Academic Team... Started all 19 games... Collected three ground balls and two caused turnovers March 17 at Winthrop... Had a career-high three caused turnovers to go with two ground balls March 5 at Binghamton.
2016: MAAC All-Academic Team... Played in nine games, making seven starts... Picked up two ground balls in three separate games including the MAAC semifinal against Monmouth on May 6. Also caused two turnovers in the postseason contest.
2015: Appeared in two games for Marist: Feb. 25 at Columbia and March 28 vs. Quinnipiac.
2014: Appeared in four games for the Red Foxes... Collected one ground ball and had one caused turnover on the season, both April 9 against Niagara.
Prior to Marist: Calkins played soccer and lacrosse all four years of high school and basketball for three. Her lacrosse team won the state, regional and sectional championships in 2011 and 2013. During her senior year, Calkins was on the All-Central New York Team, All-League First Team, All-Tournament State Team and the Exceptional Senior Team.
Personal: Daughter of Lisa and Chris Calkins... Studies English at Marist.
