Arntsen was a starting attack on the New York State 2019 Girls Lacrosse Champions for Eastport South Manor HS. While there, she won three county championships and the 2019 Inside Lacrosse Indoor National Champions. She played with Long Island Yellow Jackets for 6 years, and also played varsity volleyball for three years. Arnsten was All-County and All-Division as well in high school.
She was Vice President of ESM Varsity Leaders Club at Eastport South Manor. She is one of five children of Dave and Doreen Arntsen. Her brother, Matt, is Marist class of 2015, and other brother, Stephen, pitched for Manhattan College.
