GENERAL
Guy rowed for the Pelham Community Rowing Association for three seasons where she was moved up to the varsity team in her novice year. In her first season, her Novice 8+ placed 5th in the petite finals at the New York State Scholastic Championships. Guy then rowed with the Rockland Rowing Association starting in the Spring of 2016. While at the Rockland Rowing Association, she earned a silver medal at the 2016 Mercer Lake Sprints/ISA Championships. Prior to rowing, she earned varsity letters in soccer and track and field. In soccer, she was a part of the team that went to the Section 1 semifinals. They were also league champions and ranked #20 in New York State in 2014. In addition to this, her team also received the NYSPHSAA Scholar/Athlete Team Award in 2014 and 2015. In track, she was a part of the team that won the League Championships both years. Guy received the Senior Athlete Award in 2015. Academically, Guy a member of Spanish Language Honor Society and the National Honor Society. In her senior year, Guy was the president of the National Honor Society. She completed over 700 hours of community service. In addition to this, she was president of the Whitney M. Young Jr. Society for two years. She is the daughter of Donovan and Carmen Guy and has an older brother, Julian.
