Accolades: MAAC Varsity Four Boat of the Week
- Stroke seat in the third V8 at the UConn Invite that finished third with a time of 7:41.6.
- Stroke seat in the third V8 at the Knecht Cup that finished fourth with a time of 7:39.32.
- Fourth seat in the third V8 at the NYS Championships that finished fifth with a time of 8:18.06.
- Stroke seat in the second V4 that finished second at the Black Rock Cup with a time of  7:59.5.
- Second seat in the V4 at the Marist Invite that finished first ahead of Fairfield with a time of 6:28.6.
- Third seat in the V4 at the MAAC Championships that secured gold with a time of 7:29.460.
- Three-year varsity basketball member at Severna Park High School.
- Varsity basketball second team all country, senior all-star and captain, and MVP.
- Father played college baseball at Guilford College and got drafted to the Tampa Bay Rays.
- Daughter of Chad and Becky Coward.
- Has a sister, Chelsea.
