Marguerite McGahay enters her first year as an assistant coach for Marist Rowing.
McGahay recently worked as a Learn to Row Coach at the Hudson River Rowing Association. At the Hudson River Rowing Association, McGahay taught novice rowers how to properly row.
McGahay was captain for the University of Delaware Rowing Team. She participated with the team from the Fall of 2017 to the Spring of 2022. In 2021, the CAA awarded McGahay all-conference. The CAA also awarded McGahay with the Honor Roll in 2018, 2020, and 2021.
McGahay graduated from the University of Delaware with a degree in Mathematics and a minor in Computer Science. McGahay also received her master’s in teaching at New Paltz.
