Biography
2014: MAAC Varsity Four Boat of the Year, MAAC All-Academic Team, MAAC Varsity Four Boat of the Week (4/24)...She and the Varsity Four clinched their first win of the season, taking first place at the Sacred Heart Invitational, defeating conference foes Iona, SHU, RMU, SUNY and Canisius with a time of 9:12.60. As the Red Foxes clinched the President’s Cup again, she and the Varsity Four took first place for Marist with a time of 6:09.6.
Prior to Marist: At Newtown High School, Villa ran cross country, and indoor and outdoor track & field for all four years. She was named the varsity captain for all three sports. Villa was also in the National Honor Society, made high honors every year, and graduated in the top three percent of her class.
