Biography
2014: MAAC All-Academic Team, MAAC Varsity Eight Boat of the Week (4/2, 4/16, 4/24)...She and the Varsity Eight kicked off the spring season taking first place at the Iona Invite to defeat Lehigh as well as MAAC rival Robert Morris. At the Sacred Heart Invitational, she and the Varsity Eight took second place behind Fairfield with a time of 8:09.91. To assist the Red Foxes in clinching the Sacred Heart Invitational Point Trophy, she and the Varsity Eight placed first with a time of 7:19.9. She and the Varsity Eight maintained its successful season, as they claimed first place at home with a time of 5:53.0 to assist the Red Foxes to claim the President’s Cup again.
Hehir has rowed for three years at Marist...She was in the 1V 8+ boat in the spring pf 2013, when the Red Foxes won the MAAC Championship and went on to the NCAA Division I championship.
Prior to Marist: In high school, Hehir was on the Honor Roll for all four years and was in National
Honor Society.
