Biography
2014: To assist the Red Foxes to clinch the Point Trophy at the Sacred Heart Invitational, Amnott and the Novice Four took third place in the finals with a time of 10:04.7.
Prior to Marist: Amnott ran Varsity Cross Country in all four years of high school, while also competing in indoor and outdoor track in her junior and senior seasons...She also received the Scholar Athlete Award in 2013 for cross country,and indoor and outdoor track...Amnott was
a member of the National Honor Society and graduated 13th in her class.
