2015-16: MAAC All-Academic Team... Finished third in the 1,000-yard freestyle vs. Fairfield... Came in fourh in the 200-yard freestyle on two separate occasions... Competed in the 500- (5:09.74), 1,000- (10:33.74) and 1,650-yard freestyle (17:39.47) events at the MAAC Championships. 

2014-15: Finished in the top five a total of seven times throughout the season. Koukos' highest finish came against Fairfield in the 500-yard freestyle (5:23.92) when she finished second. During the MAAC Championships, Koukos placed fifth in the 200-yard freestyle (1:58.59) and 10th in the 1,650-yard freestyle (18:18.83).

2013-14: MAAC All-Academic Team... In her second MAAC Championship appearance, placed sixth in both the 1,000-yard freestyle (10:31.52) and the 1,650 freestyle (17:47.17)... Placed ninth in the 500-yard freestyle... At the ECAC Championships, finished eighth in the 1,650-yard freestyle relay.

2012-13: Finished 12th in the 1,650-yard freestyle at the ECAC Championships… Placed 13th at the MAAC Championship in 1,000-yard freestyle and seventh in the 1,650-yard freestyle... On Oct. 25, placed first in the 400-yard relay (3:52.91) at Fordham... Finished second in the 800- yard freestyle against Southern Connecticut State.

Prior to Marist: Koukos was the 2011 Class L Champion in the 500-yard freestyle. Beginning in her freshman year, she earned All Southern Connecticut Conference recognition four times, New Haven All-Area Team three times and All-State twice. She served as Cheshire's captain her senior year. Koukos swam as member of the Cheshire Y Sea Dog Swim Club and qualified for national events since the eighth grade.
