Marist Record Book: 100-Yard Backstroke (56.61), 800-Yard Freestyle Relay (7:29.41), 400-Yard Medley Relay (3:47.35)

2015-16: 4x MAAC Swimmer of the Week (10/21, 11/18, 12/9, 1/13)... Won all three events she competed in at Canisius to open the regular season... Took first place in the 100- and 200-yard backstroke and 200- and 500-yard freestyle at the H2ounds Invitational... Won eight of the last nine events she competed in to conclude the regular season... At the MAAC Championships, won the 200-yard backstroke (2:02.62) and placed second at 100 yards (56.85 seconds). Was the runner up in the 500-yard freestyle (4:57.92)... Member of the 200- (1:35.09) 400- (3:27.63) and 800-yard freestyle relay squads (7:29.41) that placed first at the MAAC Championships. Also led off for the first place 400-yard medley relay team (3:47.35)... Ended her career at the ECAC Championships, where she helped lead Marist's 400-yard medley team to a fourth place finish (3:51.28) and third place rankings in the 400- (3:27.88) and 800-yard freestyle relay (7:30.15). Individually, she placed fourth in the 200-yard backstroke and seventh in the 500-yard freestyle.    

2014-15: MAAC Swimmer of the Week (11/12)... At the MAAC Championships, Powhida placed second in the 100- (56.75) and 200-yard backstroke (2:03.77). She also placed third in the 500-yard backstroke (5:01.61)... Member of the second place 200-yard medley relay (1:45.41) and 800-yard freestyle relay (7:39.11) teams at the MAAC Championships... On the first place 400-yard medley (3:49.22) and 400-yard freestyle relay (3:28.05) teams at the MAAC Championships... Throughout the season, Powhida had six first place finishes in the 100-yard backstroke... Her fastest 100-yard time came during the ECAC Championships (57:06) and put her in sixth place... Swam on the 200-yard medley relay squad that finished third at the ECAC Championships with a time of 1:45.84... Finished sixth in the 200-yard backstroke (2:04.20) at ECACs.

2013-14: At the MAAC Championships, Powhida took second place in both the 100-yard backstroke (56.61) and 200-yard backstroke (2:01.83). Her time in the 200-yard event was the third fastest in program history... Placed fourth in the 500-yard freestyle in 5:00.74... Finished sixth in the 200-yard backstroke, 11th in the 100-yard backstroke, and won the consolation heat for the 500-yard freestyle at the ECAC Championships by swimming the fourth fastest time in program history (4:57.62)... Set a school record in the 100-yard backstroke (56.61).

2012-13: At the MAAC Championships, Powhida was part of the relay teams that finished first in the 200-yard medley relay and 800-yard freestyle relay... Finished fifth in the 200-yard medley relay at ECACs…Placed 11th in the 100-yard backstroke at the ECAC Championships… Finished third in the 800-yard freestyle relay of the ECACs… Finished 15th in the 200-yard backstroke... Member of the first place 200-yard medley relay team and finished second in both the 100- and 200-yard backstroke against Canisius... Member of the third place 400-yard medley relay team against Fordham... Finished first in the 1,000- and 500-yard freestyle against Fairfield... Member of the second place 400-yard medley relay team, member of the first place 800-yard freestyle relay team and finished first in both the 100- and 200-yard backstroke at the H2ounds Invitiational... Member of the second place 200-yard medley relay team and finished first in the 1,650- and 500-yard freestyle... Finished first in the 100- and 200-yard backstroke against Boston College... Finished second in the 1,0000-yard freestyle and was a member of the first place 400-yard freestyle relay team against Seton Hall... Fininshed second in both the 1,000- and 500-yard freestyle and first in the 200-yard backstroke against Binghamton.

Prior to Marist: Interscholastically, Powhida was a two-time Section 2 Champion in the 500-yard freestyle and earned the 200-yard crown once. She was named Section 2 MVP in 2010. Powhida was the Eagles' captain during her senior year. She competed at the New York State Youth Championship five times and swam for the Delmar Dolfins club where she broke six program records.
