- Season canceled due to disruptions from the COVID-19 pandemic.

- Placed 18th in the 200-yard breast at the ECAC Championships.
- Took 10th in the 200-yard breast at the MAAC Championships.
- Finished in 2nd place in both the 100-yard and 200-yard breast against Rider.
- Won the 200-yard IM against Canisius with a time of 2:13.30.

Cianciotto placed first in the 200 IM and third in the 100 Breaststroke at the 2018 NYC PSAL Championships. In addition, she qualified for the New York High School State Championships in the 200 IM and 100 Breaststroke. She was the captain of the Tottenville High School Swim Team her junior and senior years, as well as the MVP of the team her final three years. Cianciotto was a four-year Honor Roll student and member of National Honor Society.
