2012-13: Team Captain, COSIDA/Capital One Academic All-District First Team, Capital One Third Team Academic All-American, MAAC All-Academic Team, 3x MAAC Swimmer of the Week (10/31, 11/13, 12/04)… Competed at the ECAC Championships and finished third in the 200-yard freestyle relay… Finished seventh at the ECAC Championships in the 500-yard freestyle… Finished second in the 400-yard medley relay at ECACs… Placed fifth overall in the ECAC 200-yard freestyle… Finished third in the 800-yard freestyle relay of the ECACs… In the 200-yard backstroke, placed fourth at the ECAC Championships.
2011-12: ECAC Champion: 500-Yard Freestyle, 800-Yard Freestyle & 400-Yard Medley Relay... MAAC Champion: 1,000- and 1,650-Yard Freestyle. 200-, 400- and 800-Yard Freestyle & 400-Yard Medley Relays... CoSIDA/Capital One Academic All-District First Team, MAAC All-Academic Team, MAAC Swimmer of the Week (11/2)... Defended 1,000- and 1,650-yard freestyle MAAC titles with times of 10:06.07 and 16:45.79, respectively... Finished second in the 500-yard freestyle race to teammate Michelle Fountain by .24 at 4:55.89... In relay action, Conard went 4-for-4 as her 200- (1:35.47), 400- (3:26.67) and 800-yard (7:33.34) freestyle and 400-yard medley (3:48.42) teams all secured titles.
At the ECAC Championships, she collected Marist's first individual swimming title since 2009 when Alan Roberts won the 100-yard breaststroke and first by a female since 2007 with her victory in the 500-yard freestyle at 4:53.04, a time 3.13 seconds clear of second place... Finished runner-up in the 200- and 1,650-yard freestyle races with times of 1:50.12 and 16:41.59, respectively... In relay action, she raced on two title winning squads, the 800-yard freestyle (7:31.51) and 400-yard medley (3:49.56) teams. Her 200-yard freestyle relay team finished fourth at 1:36.38.
2010-11: United States' ConocoPhillips National Championships Qualifier in the 1,000-Yard Freestyle... NCAA B Standard Qualifier in the 500-Yard & 1,650-Yard Freestyle... MAAC Record-Holder: 500-, 1,000- & 1,650-Yard Freestyle and 800-Yard Freestyle Relay... MAAC Champion: 500-, 1,000- & 1,650-Yard Freestyle; 200-, 400- and 800-Yard Freestyle Relays... MAAC Most Outstanding Swimmer, MAAC All-Academic Team, 4x MAAC Swimmer of the Week (11/2, 11/23, 12/7, 1/18)... Won her first individual event at the MAAC Championships, the 500-yard freestyle, with a MAAC and Marist record time of 4:51.88... Took first place in the 1,000-yard freestyle with a time of 9:57.07, a MAAC and Marist record (extended her lead in Marist record book by 19.03 seconds over number two. Her time was 36th fastest amongst all Division I swimmers during the 2010-11 season... Went three for three in her individual events as she won the 1,650-yd freestyle with a MAAC and Marist record time of 16:40.23, she beat the second place finisher by over 25 seconds... Member of three first place relay teams: the 200-yard freestyle relay team, who sits atop the Marist record books with a time of 1:35.39, the 400-yard freestyle relay, who won in a Marist record time of 3:28.39 and the MAAC, and Marist record-holding 800-yard freestyle relay team, who finished with a time of 7:31.19... Also a member of the second place 200-yard medley relay team, who nearly missed capturing first by .46 seconds with a Marist record time of 1:45.52.
At the ECAC Championships, re-broke her Marist 500-yard freestyle record with a second place time of 4:50.97... Earned a spot atop the Marist record books with her second place finish in the 200-yard freestyle at 1:50.21... Finished the 1,650-yard freestyle in second place with a time of 16:41.17... Member of the second place finishing 800-yard freestyle relay as well as the third place 200-yard freestyle relay team and 400-yard medley relay team. In the leadoff backstroke leg, swam the second fastest 100-yard time in school history, 57.30... Also swam with the sixth place finishing 400-yard freestyle relay team.
2009-10: MAAC Conference Record-Holder: 500-, 1,000- and 1,650-Yard Freestyle... MAAC Champion: 500-, 1,000-, 1,650-Yard Freestyle, 400-Yard Medley Relay and 800-Yard Freestyle Relay... MAAC Championship Most Outstanding Swimmer of the Meet... MAAC Swimmer of the Week (10/20)... Set MAAC records in the 500-, 1,000- and 1,650-yd. freestyle events ... Won the 500-yd. freestyle with a 4:55.62 finish and 1,000-yd. freestyle in 10:12.97 ... Earned first in the 1,650-yd. freestyle in 17:03.16 - 8.21 seconds ahead of the field ... Was a member of the 400-yd. medley relay team that took first in 3:50.43 ... Also earned first with the 800-yd. freestyle relay team with their finish of 7:36.05 ... Took second as a member of the 200-yd. medley relay with a 1:46.90 time ... Also finished second with the 400-yd freestyle relay team that finished in 3:30.35 ...
Contributed significantly to the Red Foxes ECAC Championship in her first season ... Raced as a member of the 400-yd. medley relay team that took second in 3:51.41 ... Finished third in the 500-yd. freestyle with a time of 4:58.02 ... Also took third with the 800-yd. freestyle relay team that finished in 7:36.72 ... Earned fourth in the 200-yd. freestyle with a 1:53.04 finish ... Raced as part of the fourth place 400-yd. freestyle relay team that finished in 3:29.90.
Prior To Marist: Conard, a native of East Setauket, N.Y., swam for Ward Melville High School and the Three Village Swim Club. Her team won the 2008 Suffolk County championship and she was a county champion in two events. She won the 200-yard freestyle with a time of 1:53.10 and anchored the winning 400-yard freestyle relay time with a split of 51.88 seconds. Conard also came in second place in the 500-yard freestyle with a time of 5:01.76. With the results she achieved at the county meet, she qualified for the New York State High School Championships. A three-time state qualifier, she finished fourth in the 200-yard freestyle, seventh in the 500-yard freestyle and her relay team came in fifth at the meet.
