Accolades: MAAC All-Academic Team
- Did not make an appearance on the season
- Went 3-6 across singles in her first season, with her two dual match victories coming in the third position
- Won her first-career match against Sacred Heart's Sinead Keane in the West Point Invite
- Added victories against MAAC foes Monmouth and Rider on October 4 and October 13, respectively
- Also went 4-5 in doubles competition, with two wins in thee first and third flights
- Vanessa Ciano arrives to Poughkeepsie from Westchester, NY
- A three-star recruit, she ranked as high as 70th in the Girls 18’s Eastern Region
- She was the 2017 and 2018 NYSPHSAA state champion in doubles, and a four-time state finalist for The Ursuline School
- She was named All-State, All-Section 1, and All-Conference in all four years of high school
- In her freshman year, she was named both the Player and Rookie of the Year for Westchester/Putnam County
- Off the court, Ciano was a four-year member of the National Honor Society
- She plans to major in Biology at Marist
