Erin Cerulli was hired as Campus Dietitian in December of 2024. Within this role she oversees the Performance Nutrition Department within athletics, as well as working with the general student population on campus.  

Erin is a Hyde Park native, graduating from Franklin Delano Roosevelt High School. She went on to receive her bachelor’s degree in nutrition & dietetics from the University of New Haven in 2022. From there, she received her master’s degree in nutrition & dietetics with a concentration in sports nutrition from the University of Saint Joseph in 2023.  

While receiving her master’s degree, Erin completed over 1,200 supervised hours within the field of dietetics. During her internship, she worked with athletes at Central Connecticut State University. Erin conducted one-on-one individual counseling sessions with Division I collegiate athletes on various sports teams and created personalized assessments for each athlete based on their individual goals. Erin also developed performance nutrition educational resources for athletes to utilize independently. Erin completed body composition & hydration testing with the Hartford Athletic professional soccer team during their preseason.
